Core updates don't target individual sites. They change how the whole system weighs quality and relevance, so rankings reshuffle. If you fell, look at the pages that replaced you and ask honestly what they do better: depth, freshness, first-hand experience, or trust.
Resist the urge to make panicked changes during a rollout, which can take two weeks to settle. Wait for it to finish, then improve your weakest pages steadily. Google's own advice after every core update is the same: keep making genuinely helpful, people-first content.
