Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the dashboard, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. We rate-limit our public endpoints to keep the site up.
The demos
The sites under Templates and the live builds linked from Portfolio are demonstrations. Catalogues are populated with sample content and any checkout or sign-up is intentionally inert, so nothing you do there creates an order, an account or a payment. Do not enter real personal or payment details into a demo.
The demo designs, code and content are ours. You may look at them, share them and take inspiration from them. You may not copy a template wholesale and pass it off as your own work or resell it.
Our work and yours
Ownership of what we build for you is set out in the engagement agreement. As a rule: you own the deliverables once they are paid for, and we keep ownership of the underlying tools, components and techniques we bring to the work and reuse across clients. We may describe the work publicly unless you ask us not to.
The client dashboard
Accounts are created by us, not by self sign-up. Keep your password to yourself, use a unique one, and tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend an account if it is being used to attack the system or in breach of these terms.
Invoices in the dashboard are the record of what is owed. Payment is by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.
What we do not promise
The site and the demos are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error free, and information here is general rather than advice for your specific situation. Availability and support commitments for paid work live in your agreement.
