In practice that means a written scope, milestones you can check against without asking, and one live call a week scheduled inside the overlap. Anything that would leave you blocked overnight gets raised before the studio's day ends rather than after.
Ownership works the same as everywhere else. The domain, the hosting project and the repository are in your name from the first week, and the site ships with a content system your team runs.
