Website development in London.
Four to five hours of overlap with the studio's working day, which is enough for this to run like an ordinary working relationship.
How this works
Around five hours of overlap in summer and four in winter. Weekly call, written scope, every account in your name.
London and Pune share more of the day than most people expect. Through British Summer Time, 9am in London is 1:30pm in Pune and the overlap runs until roughly 2:30pm your time. In winter it is about an hour shorter. Either way there is room for a standing weekly call and a same-day answer on anything that is blocking you.
UK clients tend to ask two things before anything else: who owns what, and what happens if this stops. Both are answered in writing before work starts. Deliverables made for you become yours on full payment, the studio keeps its own reusable components, and the domain, hosting project and repository sit in your accounts throughout rather than being transferred at the end as a favour.
The engagement terms are the same ones published on this site, not a separate set produced for overseas work.
Same everywhere
What the build includes does not change by city.
A site built from scratch, a content system your team runs, the domain and hosting in your name, and redirects mapped from your old URLs so existing rankings survive the rebuild. The full list is on the main page.
